WINTER SESSION DATES:
FEBRUARY 24-APRIL 8
DIVING: $380
TUES/THURS 5-6:30PM & SAT 10-11:30AM
Please note:
Diving meets 3x a week
No partial sessions are offered.
You may choose to come to one or all of the diving sessions each week for $380.
The more diving sessions you attend--the more value you get and the more you will improve.

Prerequisites for DIVING:
Divers must meet following pre-req:
1. Must be 10 years old
2. Must be silver squad or above or pass the following swim reqs-
3. Tread water for 2 minutes
4. Do a standing dive
5. Swim 25 yards front crawl/25 yards backstroke.
6. Must obtain USA Diving membership prior to first day of class.
About Coach Marco Tellez:
Coach Marco Tellez began competitive diving at age 10 and won his first first regional championship at that age. He grew up in Rockford, Illinois where he competed and won numerous local and regional championships. Coach Tellez accepted an athletic scholarship to the University of Illinois-Chicago and competed Division 1A diving: 1meter/3meter spring board and 10meter platform diving.

Since living on Cape Cod he coached diving at the Sandwich Community Pool for five years prior to its closing. He is excited to come back and teach/coach again!
